Jose came to help me fix my AC. He quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced my HVAC’s capacitor. He was very polite and professional and was quick and thorough with the job - even cleaned my system and inspected my filter. He recommended what type of filter to buy which made my life much easier. 10/10 highly recommend!

I called JDL today when my AC stopped working after seeing their strong reviews. My technician Jose was great! I received a message when he was on the way. When he arrived he checked temperature outputs and determined the problems. He was very transparent about costs and made sure to check with me before doing additional work. They didn’t have a cost just to make a diagnostic which some other companies do.

Jose was also very courteous in covering his shoes each time he entered my home and answered all of my questions with patience. I hope I don’t have anymore HVAC issues this summer but if I do, I know who to call!

I had my heat and air conditioner system replaced by JDL. My first conversation with Amber who worked in the office was impressive. She was courteous, pleasant and hospitable. I was very impressed with the workers who did the job. They were punctual, knowledgeable and efficient. Big shout out to Rudy, Fernando and Conrad. Yes I remembered your names. The men arrived on time and promptly worked on the upstairs HVAC unit. The results of their effort indicates the possible need to replace a part which will be looked at again on the next maintenance visit. Noting the system was installed less than year ago it was agreed if the part exhibited continued performance reduction it will be replaced. I especially appreciate the proactive explanation of the system and their positive attitude. Thanks

We've used JDL for doing semi annual service on our heat pump for a few years and have always been happy. Finally needed a new one and their price for a replacement system was lower than other estimates I got, even for identical equipment. The installers were on time, quiet and respectful of my family's needs.

Jose was wonderful. He was polite and kind and knew right away what was wrong. He fixed it and explained to us how to keep things working. He is very competent and patient with coming into our messy home! We truly appreciate his great work!

Dealing with this company and it's workers has been a pleasure. I was getting a new install of air conditioning in a very old house. From the first call, Amber has been pleasant, helpful and efficient. Mohammed quickly and thoroughly provided a detailed and professional estimate with several options for the job. Justin an a whole crew arrived at my house and exceeded my expectations for the quickness and efficiency in switching out my furnace, installing the air conditioning system, installing the thermostat, and cleaning up any mess that had been made. They all treated my house with respect.they did an exceptional job!

Justin Fernando and Big Mike was amazingly professional and did a wonderful job with the install of our HVAC system and new thermostat install, and they are very clean.
