Rudy, Fernando and Conrad did a fantastic job removing my old HVAC unit and replacing it with a new unit. They were professional, polite and took the time to explain the mechanics of the new system and how to operate my new app controlled thermostat. Plus they left an empeccably clean work space once the job was completed. I highly recommend.

Jose is the man!! He helped fully diagnosed our system, though unfortunately we still have to replace them. What can you do with a more than 20 year old system, right? Jay was our guy to fix our a/c. He came on short notice on a Saturday. Even though he encountered a few issues. He didn't leave until he got the job done! Very personable and respectful. Thanks Jay for all your hard work!

Jose did an initial evaluation of the HVAC system at our new home. He was very thorough and walked my wife and I thorough a couple watch items and potential upgrades that we were curious about. Now our 2nd property using JDL as our primary HVAC service provider. They are the best!

They mis-diagnsed the problem with my AC so I can't say I had good expereince with them although it could have been a one time error. My AC had stopped cooling so I found their number through Angi. They contacted me immediately and the appointment process was smooth for whcih I can give them 3.5 stars (could have given more if the lady was polite and not in a hurry to hang up). Their team member arrived at my house on time and explained how he would approach finding the issue. His approach was systematic, which I appreacited. He tried his own test capacitor and then some other part and demonstrated that the compressor was still not turning on so there was no issue with those parts. He did some other checks and finally informed me that the compressor had failed on my 3.5 year old unit and he will provide me quotes for replacing the compressor and for replacing the whole unit so that I can choose. I promtly received 2 invoices from them within provided timeline. However, I got my unit checked with someone else in the meantime before committing for such an expensive repair given the unit was newish and learned from the 2nd company that the AC just needed a new capacitor. I got the capacitor changed and now my AC unit is cooling just fine. Even though the JDL guy had tried replacing the capacitor, however, it seems that their spare test capacitor was also discharged, which should have been checked before using it for the test. I am glad I made another consultation and due to this experience I am not sure if I can use them next time. I informed them that I do not want to accept the invoices and that they mis-diagnosed the issue. I was also not very happy with the customer serice phone call, as the lady seemed in a hurry to hang up and did not bother to listen to my feedback.

I had a straightforward AC and furnace replacement. Professional service, thorough, provided reasonable pricing, and during the install they kindly answered my kids many, many questions. Thanks Justin, Rudy, Amber and crew!

This is a great company. I picked them because they offer HVAC and Plumbing. The service rep Jay arrived on time. After testing the system….he clearly explained what the problem was and how much it would cost to fix it. He completed the work within an hour and walked me thru the changes made. I was very very happy!!!!!

This company is great! Ire came out within a few hours of calling and went above and beyond. He made sure every piece was working and even fixed a leaky out line with ease. I highly recommend!
