Highly recommend JDL. We have used them for HVAC maintenance, dehumidifier install, and overall troubleshooting. Amber, in customer service, is great; as is Armando, the lead HVAC professional that has provided service (kind, answers questions, makes sure work is done to spec).

We had Ire come out to install some new thermostats. He was very polite and professional, some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. Well highly recommend JDL HVAC Services, and Ire, in particular. Flawless service!

Been using this company for years. Appreciate how easy it is to schedule someone to come out for a problem, and how knowledgeable the techs are. Today Justin and Mohammed explained everything they were doing to resolve a leak issue, and provided helpful tips for future maintenance.

Armando and Fernando did a great Job Fixing my Water heater. They explained the whole process and even called back to ensure that the water was hot. Great job gentleman!

My experience with this company started off wonderful. The woman who returned my call and set the appointment for a Friday (end of day) was very professional. The technicians who came to my property were also very friendly and informed me of the problem with the unit. They needed to replace the flame sensor but did not have the part on hand. They only charged the booking fee and told me someone from the office will call me the following day (Saturday) to get me on the schedule; even though they called and spoke to someone from the office to inform them about the status of the appointment while at my home. My property was without heat. No one called me Saturday. I had to have another company repair my unit on Saturday. To add insult to injury on Monday they sent me an estimate for the work to repair my unit; it was over $344 which higher than what I paid to the company that repaired my unit. It is cold outside; clearly it wasn’t a priority to this company to repair my unit. As a landlord I have to provide my tenants with basic needs. As a landlord I cannot afford to work with companies’ that are not reliable.

The estimate was presented in detail and professional by Ire. The install by Justin , Jerel and team was done in timely manner with key attention to detail. This is my first time working with JDL. So far a great customer experience with a local business.
