JDL HVAC technicians Justin and Rudy came out to perform routine maintenance inspection of my HVAC units. I was impressed by their promptness. They also wore foot coverings inside my home. While performing the inspection, Justin addressed all questions I presented to him with regard to my system. He also explained each step he performed. Additionally, since the A/C portion of the HVAC system could not be effectively tested; due to the cold weather, Justin advised to call JDL to have him come out when the weather is a bit warmer. The knowledge Justn and Rudy exhibited was reassuring that they were well trained in HVAC system functionality. Although my HVAC units are less than 2 years old, should there be a need for service I will not hesitate to request Justin and Rudy.

Armando, Conrad, and Sunny did a great job: very personal, clean, and meticulous. They installed a new heat pump HVAC system as well as a new heat pump water heater. The job looked super clean and neat once they were done. Not only that, but JDL beat the competition by a significant amount! I would definitely recommend them!

I called JDL out for an estimate. I was not in a rush, but they were able to come within 6 hours of my call. Within 24 hours I got the estimates and the options for equipment and financing. I was able to schedule right away. On the day of installation for my AC/Heating, they were very punctual. Everyone was so polite, professional, knowledgable, and respectful of my home and property.

Everything was explained to me regarding the equipment, what was being done, why things were being done, and how it was different and an improvement to my 22 year old system. They made sure I understood everything that was happening.

Jay and Sonny did a fantastic job getting our A/C unit operating again, replacing the parts it needed. They were quick, professional, and answered all of my questions in detail. Would recommend and choose them again!

This is on honest and dependable company. They installed our heat pump about 2 years ago, and we have been very satisfied with the company’s work and professionalism. The visit today was for regular maintenance. Because we had renovated our kitchen and two bathrooms, our system will need an extra cleaning. The maintenance people will be coming back in several weeks after the renovation is totally completed to clean the coils. They explained everything to us, and we are comfortable with the explanation. We totally recommend this company,

Today two men, Jay and Jarrell came to my home to assist with my HVAC system. I also had the system installed by JDL. I received a text and call before they got here. They came in and spent about an hour checking my system all while giving me feedback on what they were observing during the maintenance check. This was a very informative interaction. They told me how the system was running, and made adjustments since it was running hotter than recommended. Because I now have dogs they advised increasing the frequency of changing out the filter. I tend to close vents in certain rooms to better control heat/air distribution. It was suggested that I always leave them cracked instead of closing them all the way to prevent improper air flow. They left me with a couple of recommendations that I will follow up on in the months to come. Overall a great visit, I appreciated the tips and how everything that was being done to the system was explained to me. Will continue to use them as my HVAC service provider.

Muhammed arrived and quickly got to work. Great professionalism and even marked which direction the airflow went so that we didn’t insert the air filter wrong in the future. Highly recommended will use again.
