Wasted money on several visits/attempts and did not get correct diagnosis until the 3rd visit. Techs were pleasant, but inadequate knowledge of the job was in question. I gave one star just because they agreed to not charge for another diagnostic on the 3rd and final visit.

The AC was out and it was 84 degrees in the house. Their tech came over in about 45 minutes from the phone call. Fixed the AC in about 30 minutes. He also taught me a lot about how my air conditioner worked and explained the process thoroughly.
