A Supreme Heating and Air Conditioning Co. did an exceptional job! Mike came to my house and explained everything they would do for me. The technicians began on the day they said they would be there on time. Dave and Alvin answered all of my questions and completed the job beautifully. They were also very friendly! They even cleaned up everything before they left. I highly recommend this company and will continue to use them in the future for maintenance! Gentlemen, well done!!

The whole staff at A supreme has been wonderful. They were able to see me very quickly and in a short period of time. The ladies in the office Holly & Kristina were very helpful and kind as they answered any questions I had and made sure they got me scheduled ASAP. The techs were very knowledgeable and prompt. Supreme was FANTASTIC!! Our furnace broke down in the middle of the ice storm back in January and Supreme was incredibly responsive. Within a week we had a new furnace installed, complete with a new chimney liner and most of all, HEAT! Yusef, the guy that came out to assess everything was unfailingly polite and was very good at explaining the issues we were having. I was also extremely impressed when, out of the three options that they gave us, they actually suggested the second best, because it would work with our current system better and cost us less money in the long run. They even went the extra mile and installed our Nest Thermostat without any extra charge, simply because it was easy and they had the tools and time.

I cannot express how happy I was with this company. Their website says they're family owned, and you can certainly tell how true it is, and how much it's benefited them and their customers. We've signed up for their yearly maintenance and this spring we hope to have them install split units. I look forward to the relationship I have with this company and I cannot recommend them enough.

DJ from Supreme Heating and A/C is the man! Appreciate the work he does whenever he's sent out on a job for the mini splits in our house. He is extremely knowledgable and good at his job. Definitely the best tech at SH&AC!

Our heater stopped working late one night. We called the next morning and were able to get a technician to our house within a few hours. This was especially impressive given how close we were to Christmas and how busy I am sure they are this time of year. The technician was professional and courteous. We needed several parts replaced, which they were able to do on the same day for a reasonable price.

Been using A Supreme for several years. Fall and Spring check-ups. Folks always show up on time, courteous, and clean up after themselves. Knowledgeable, able to answer any questions I have.

Alvin is professional as usual. he answered all my questions so l knew exactly what he was doing with my system.

Polite but SLEAZY.. last place to call for help. A tech came to diagnose a heating system blowing cold air and recommended a new thermostat and Defrost board $1500 plus labor. Paid due to desperation.I had to call more than a dozen times to get my receipt for the service I paid. Two weeks after the repairs the same problem System blowing cold air I get charged $99 for a tech to come out only to be told Pressure Switch is Bad 😞..Same problem different diagnosis $800..The tech stated he did not diagnose the problem the first time..Not to mention I got overcharged for a thermostat and when I complained they blocked my number and sent me the amount of overcharge.

If you are looking for a company that has an incredible office staff and experienced technicians, look no further. A Supreme Heating and Air is an excellent company! Holly and Christina are so friendly and helpful, and they will get your appointment set up quickly. The techs who have worked on my HVAC, Gil and DJ, are also very friendly (no small feat in 95 degree weather), and they explained in detail what was going on. They were both so nice, professional, and respectful! They all went above and beyond to fix the issue while keeping the cost as low as possible. The owner of the company, Mike, is very impressive and will go the distance for his customers! His expertise and ability to hire the best has resulted in a top notch company with a fantastic group of folks behind it. I’ve been a customer for 6 1/2 years and will continue to be for many more!
