Technician arrived on time and was very polite by taking his shoes off. He did a thorough inspection and serviced our system inside and out. We would love to have the same technician for our service. because he was very accommodating. We have used Supreme heating and cooling service for several years.

I recently used A Supreme to replace the PTAC unit in my sunroom where I work from home. I called for a quote and DJ visited same day. Since I've worked with the company in the past, I knew I wanted to go with them so I went ahead with the process to have a new unit ordered and installed. I was able to get it completed the same week! Alvin and another gentleman visited for the installation. They were accommodating and laid drop cloths. They installed and tested the new system. I'm very happy with my service. I've already recommended family/friends.

They arrived at my house within an hour of making the call to them (Was Very Impressed by the Response Time) Our Service Tech was DJ K, a very Nice and Knowledgeable young Man. He went Far Above My Expectations!

The install team called approximately 30 minutes before arrival to make us aware they were on the way and did an excellent job of installing the new air conditioning system.
