Technician was very professional, friendly, and helpful.

Air went out Wednesday night, the fan wasn't coming on. So first thing Thursday morning, I called A Supreme H & C Co, they scheduled someone to come out first thing Friday morning. The repairman was there early and began working right away. I received a call about 40 mins later with the problem and the solution. And it was fixed shortly after that. But when I came home that evening it was NOT working. I called them right back and told them, and the repair man was back out to my house an hour later. Spent about 35-40 mins working on it and got it running. So it turned out ok and the AC is cranking! Thank you all! Overall, great service, just took a second chance! I'd give a rating of 8.5 out of 10. If was fixed the first time, it would be a 10/10 and Excellent. I understand things happen, but they redeemed themselves!!! I would recommend.

5 days ago I called to make appointment to get an estimate to have ducts and hvac installed in my house I was sure to be very clear of what I was looking for.
I got a call 6mins prior to there scheduled appointment to say. I’m sorry we don’t do duct work.

The staff person I spoke with was not cooperative. I live in a senior apartment and my air conditioner stopped working and I was told someone would come last week and until today ( last Tuesday until next Monday ). I tried to see when someone would be here and I couldn’t get a answer. I didn’t want to know anything but if someone would be here today. I feel that I should have been able to get a answer what if I was on oxygen or had other breathing problems . I don’t feel that I was asking to much just a yes or no .
