A Supreme Heating & Air Conditioning

We had a wonderful experience! We called on a Thursday and Mike was at our house within a couple hours. He was very professional and helpful and we opted for an entire new unit (inside and outside). He told us it would probably be Monday or Tuesday when we could get it done. He called Friday and scheduled for Saturday morning. Not having air conditioning, we were very excited. Two men showed up and unfortunately one of them had to leave suddenly. I was very impressed that within 15 mins there was another guy at my door to help. David and Joshua were very experienced and got the job done! We were very pleased with everything from beginning to end and highly recommend A Supreme Heating & Air Conditioning.

Technician was knowledgeable and professional. Only complaint I have is what they charge for parts. They wanted ~$290 for a capacitor that cost $9.50, I told them to remove it and have a good day. Ordered on Amazon and will receive in 2 days for $10.07. To make things clear, my problem is not with the tech but with the company.

Brent was a massive help. He clearly explained the issues, helped me understand how they would be fixed, and did it all in one day. Would absolutely recommend.

Techs came out inspected and repaired my heat pump. Offered me 3 options for the system and maintenance plans. Worked in a different plan that best suited my need. Efficent, friendly, knowledgeable techs

Our service person, Moe Alaka, did in 10 minutes what another company couldn't do in 3 days. We were so impressed that we signed a service contract with the company during this same visit. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone with heat pump thermostat issues. This company has competent HVAC service personnel and I can't tell you what a relief it is to have someone who actually knows what he's doing working on the system, knowing what the problem is and fixing it not only quickly but with expertise!

Total scam and rip off. Told me blower motor was bad and control board need to be replaced. Wanted to charge me 1500+ for the job. Said controll board was 800.00. I found control board at Supply House for about 55.00. Motor works fine. Tried to include maintenance plans that I did not want. Trained liars. Do not use.

My technician was DJ who was early and so professional. He had the part that needed to be replaced and fixed my AC the same day he came out to take a look.

They were able to come out on short notice and did a great job. They were able to diagnose the problem quickly and repair the issue efficiently. The diagnosis also made sense based on other electrical issues I was having in the home. The repair was also cheaper than having to replace the unit, so I was glad they were able to find a solution that was cost effective. I would recommend them to others.
