Brant stop by to look at my air condition because I was leaving at last minute and the air conditioner broke down but I have three dogs at home and a sitter here who cannot sit in 80° heat and it say heat index out there today they were here right away Checked out the unit waited for it to break down but it would not he checked everything on it what a business there was a small service fee for coming out and I just felt confident that if it did break down they would be able to fix it he looked up every code he could from what I was telling him But of course like a car the only way you can fix it is habit to break down right there in front of you great business. I would give them five star if I can or could I don’t see it I just found that five star love this company A supreme heating and air conditioning company residential and commercial 24 hour emergency service ❤️👍🏽

Very happy with the installation and servicing of the system. Very pleasant, prompt and responsive and great value and quality. I've recommended them to a lot of people and will continue to do so.

My a/c unit went out last week. I called A Supreme and they had a technician out within 2 hours to check it out. It turned out to be the compressor had gone bad. Yesterday they came out and replaced the entire HVAC unit including heat pump and furnace. They even replaced the thermostat with a newer, energy-efficient model. I would recommend the company to anyone in need of HVAC services. All of the technicians that came out were professional and courteous.

The service technician was on time, friendly, engaging and knowledgeable about the job he was going to do and the service he was going to provide.

In my professional opinion one star is one too many to rate this company. They strive on taking advantage of people who are in desperate need of their service. The tech came out and charged me $1437.23 for a job that should have cost around $786.00 at the most. Due to a medical condition i was unable to examine the finish product on the outside unit. The following day I went and notice he had left a roll of exposed electrical wires zip tied to the top of the unit. I called the office and made a formal complaint. For two weeks I have been calling and they have blocked both my cell and my work numbers. However, when I called using a different phone they answered the call. more to come.

DJ was prompted & professional. After checking my heating unit, he made his recommendations. He didn't pressure me into anything. Did make me aware of the age & wear on it. Left his business card for me to call for pricing & turnaround time when repair is needed. Thank you so much!

I have used Supreme as my HVAC company since 2008. Trustworthy and reliable.

Jaylon the AC mechanic was right on the job explained the problem. He was in and out up the stairs and down never tiring. He fixed the problem and offered some programs where a technician comes out to check out my whole system prior to use. For about $199.00 a year they will do prevention maintenance on the system. Jaylon is top notch, very friendly and loved my Alaskan Malamute.

George came out to service our geothermal unit. He was very courteous, professional and informative. He answered several questions and gave me a lot of good information. He didn't try to sell us something we don't need. I will definitely ask that he be the one to service our unit the next time.

Excellent professional service arrived on time and completed our annual inspection quickly and quietly. Free water analysis was an added bonus for which other companies tried to charge me $200. Ashley is great on the phone and Paul is a technician you can count on to look out for you.
