Supreme Service Today

Good experience. Plumber friendly and helpful. Showed me the problem.

Yonas came to service our Supreme installed geothermal system. Prompt, professional tech. He read all the levels, pointed out where last Supreme tech, who installed an electrostatic air filter, forgot to plug the power in on that new gizmo to activate the multi-hundred dollar system. He could have hidden this. He didn't.

Technician Ricardo and his assistant did a fantastic job!! Very professional!!

Initially I was not satisfied with the price however, after reviewing the, "actual work done," which was done in an excellent manner by "Paul The Plumber," Alex (The Owner) offered to adjust the price to a more fair and reasonable level.

My issue was NEVER with the work done; It was great. I felt like the price was inflated. Alex agreed, and made the adjustment quickly. THANKS.

When I go to them for future service (Now, I would use them again), I will make sure, I do my research on what is usual & customary pricing, before I agree to the service.

BTW: Paul is the Man!

I am very impressed that the OWNER, himself, made the time to personally respond to my concerns, AND, offered an acceptable remedy.

Youssef did an outstanding job diagnosing and correcting a problem with my ductless system. He thoroughly examined all of the components, performed diagnostics when he believed he had identified the problem, verified the issue, corrected it nd tested the system several times to ensure the problem was resolved. What is amazing is how quickly he was able to perform all the steps. In addition, he was very polite and courteous and explained what he was doing.
Deborah worked with me to get the service set up and kept me informed of the status. She also reminded me to set up my preventative maintenance. She is always knowledgeable, pleasant, and follows-up.
