Colin figured out the problem and had a solution for us - the whole visit took three hours (including a visit to buy parts). Highly recommend!

Late last Friday our son-in-law discovered that their water heater was not working just hours before he was to bring our daughter and their 2-day old daughter home from the hospital (our grand daughter) - Supreme and their ace plumper Paul took the extra effort to come out late Friday PM and replace the broken heater with a brand new one.
