BAD BUSINESS!
I had a Mr. Wilson come to my home to give me an estimate for installation.
It's been THREE WEEKS AGO and I'm still trying to get the estimate!
All I get when I call, is the same girl telling me that she's sending it, over and over and over again.
She deliberately acts as if she's irritated that I keep calling and asking for the estimate, like I'm "bothering" her!
I'm just trying to get this work done!
I've called several times asking for this estimate to be emailed to me.
she always says that shes told him to send it but then again, he never does.

I have the sickening feeling that this is just another instance where black businesses mistreat black people!
He's black, I'm black, and he says he owns the company - but this is how he treated other black people!
I don't think that he would, nor anybody else at the company would be so rude and dismissive to white people!
Sad.
They can tell me that they're busy all day, but they weren't too busy to come over and discover that I'm black!
Now, all I get is the runaround!
He'd seemed like such a nice guy!
We had a nice visit that day!
I was so happy for him and his successful business!
I had no idea that he'd thought so little of me.
I swear, it's people like this, that make it hard for others to want to even try to support black businesses!
I'm thoroughly disgusted and appalled, and I would never recommend this shameful business to anyone!

I can't say enough about A-Z! They've got me out of many A/C jams in the summer and heating jams in the winter. My tenants love their customer service and responsiveness and I love how they execute and price jobs to assist me as an investor. You won't go wrong with A-Z!

Called A-Z around 4pm on a summer day mid-heat wave, and was able to get a service technician scheduled for the next morning. The team was on time, professional, and took care of our problem with no issues. Also, this was during the coronavirus pandemic, and both technicians wore face masks during all interactions with us. It was much appreciated.
