I was able to get my broken hot water heater, which was leaking all over the basement, repaired same day. Christopher Archer and Chad Knowles came out, pointed out what had failed, explained the condensation, and explained exactly what they'd need to do and how it affected the cost - I needed a gas valve moved and some lines cleaned up as any new tank would be bigger and sit to the side of where the old one was. They were professional, courteous and quick and talked me through the best options. I'd be happy to use them again.

My plumber was Nick Greene. He was very good at his job. He immediately knew what the problem was and got to work. The procedure took awhile but he was precise in his work. He clean up after himself. I was quite happy with his work. In fact , I’m planning to have him back to install a new faucet.

Bryan and Tony did an amazing job. They showed up immediately and took care of the problem quickly. Both Bryan and Tony were incredibly nice and were looking to give us the best price and best service all at once. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

My wife and I recently moved into a new home and had some issues with our water pressure. We contacted Saffer and they came out to do an assessment. It turns out that there are multiple issues involved, some were problems in the home and some involved issues on the city's side. They came out the next day to fix the issues in our home and did an excellent job. They also coached me on how best to deal with the city to get things resolved on their end. Excellent service, highly recommended.

Can I tell you I cannot be more pleased. These guys were great! Jerry DiSalvo came to my home. We discussed a solution, and I was confident in what he explained. I called the office and booked the job. He came back with a team of electricians, and they got right to work. There weren't any smoke breaks, constant cell phone calls or anything else. I'm a firm believer in you get what you pay for. You also get a warranty with their work. I have another project coming up and will be using them again.

Very happy with the Saffer plumber (Chris Archer) who helped resolve our issues. Chris' initial assessment proved to be correct (toilet drain clog w/ broken wax seal) and he was nimble to overcome the fact that we had no wax seal, but a grout seal under our toilet. He also diagnosed that our older toilet jets were clogged and leading to our lack of head pressure on flushes. He was able to quickly procure a replacement toilet and get it properly installed. While waiting for the new toilet to arrive, we asked him to diagnose a leaky faucet and his assumption was either a broken seal or stem crack. It was a cracked stem and he was also able to quickly procure a new faucet and install it. Can't say enough about his ability to clearly explain plumbing equipment and how things are or are not working. He was personable, knowledgeable and kept a clean work area. Will definitely turn to Saffer again for any future plumbing needs. Hopefully, not any time soon, though!

Used saffer for plumbing services twice now. World of difference from the big chains (Len, Michael and son, etc). Estimates are done honest and quickly. Brooke was very friendly and did a great job letting us know EXACTLY what we were paying for and what our other options were. Would highly recommend Saffer for anyone in the NE baltimore area looking for a transparent and professional experience for plumbing/heating services for their home.
