All of my interactions, from initial phone call to signing for payment were handled courteously and professionally. I was informed of all repair needs, given options, and never pressured. Most importantly because I had gas leaks and a very old boiler, I felt my family's safety and welfare was their priority. We were offered heaters due to colder temperatures until our heat could be restored. They welcomed my questions and concerns. Communication was excellent through the whole service.

Professional and fast install. Called on father's day as my water heater was leaking and was about to flood out completely. 30 min after my call was placed a technician was at my front door. Estimate was provided over the phone and actual total was in line with price given. Reworking the pipe set up to the new heater was done flawlessly. I will be using Saffer Plumbing for the rest of my time here in MD for my plumbing and electrical needs. Great job guys earned customers for life.

Had to deal with city permits and inspections - Team at Saffer were extremely helpful, especially Kerry who I mostly interacted with. Saffers assisted me every step of the way including responding to my queries after work was completed. Exemplary customer service, I highly recommend.

I had a pressure reducing valve, backflow valve and water heater expansion tank installed and replaced. Dale was the technician who came out and he was extremely knowledgeable and professional. It was refreshing to deal with someone who cared about their work. This is the first time I’ve used Saffer for anything and it will not be my last. I thought the pricing was very reasonable for the caliber of work I received.

Dale was AMAZING! Very methodical in his approach to analyze where the water was coming from in my basement. In the end it was a backed up sewer line. He suggested calling Baltimore City to see if the blockage was from the cleanout to the water main first. If the clog was there it's B-more city's responsibility to clear. He also gave me an estimate for cleaning/repairing if repair needed to be done on my end. It wasn't cheap, but less expensive than some of the quotes my neighbors received from other vendors. In the end, the blockage was on the city side. But that said, I have used Saffer for many projects including new hot water heater and other misc. plumbing projects. I would use them again in a heartbeat. And Saffer, make sure you acknowledge the professionalism and knowledge-base Dale has. He's a true asset to your organization. Renee

UPDATE: Unbelievably expensive post-pandemic pricing. i just wanted my leaking garbage disposal replaced, which meant taking out one and putting in one that I bought. No extra electrical or plumbing work needed. I can do it myself, but I'm old and installation requires upper body strength and agility, so get someone else to do it, right? $600! It would have been $800 if they provided the disposal. Luckily, I still have a replacement in storage, which I will be installing myself if necessary.

Saffer was highly recommended on Nextdoor, and 3 years ago I agreed that their service was on time and cost-effective. Not so now. I will no longer be using them for future minor plumbing projects.

These gentlemen were so polite , they were on time and got straight to work, they were in and out, cleaned up after each piece was done.

I had not used Saffer Plumbing in the past, but when my sump pump went up last weekend, they couldn't have been more responsive and fantastic. I called mid-day Saturday, they picked right up, and had a tech out within 40 minutes who was extremely professional. Their online quoting process was clear and concise not to mention extremely easy to sign off on remotely since I was not in the home at the time. Payment was also straightforward after the job was complete. The new pump is working great! After using multiple of the "big guys" I couldn't have been more impressed and will definitely use them again.
