Saffer Plumbing, Heating & Electrical

We’ve used Saffer several times over the years and had excellent service. Yesterday was no exception. We had the pleasure of Mr. Lee Simmons coming out to look at our clogged kitchen sink. Within moments he diagnosed the problem and had the drain unclogged in less than an hour. The cost was surprisingly reasonable, especially compared to another plumber we used for a similar situation. When Lee showed me the estimate, I had reverse sticker shock if that’s possible! Next time, we will call Mr. Simmons at Saffer to help with any future plumbing issues. He said his son is also a plumber with Saffer. Great family business overall!

Very thankful that a friend referred me to Saffer! Brent couldn't of been more professional. He explained all my repair options in detail, was patient while I made my decision and added more information to help, and went over-and-above to make sure the the old toilet was flushing to the best of it's ability before he left.
He cared and it showed.

I contacted them for an estimate and Josh came out to have a look and provide an estimate. Josh was so nice, explained everything that needed to be done and provided the estimate. The company is very professional, prompt with texts confirming appts etc. The only reason I didn't use them was the cost. I found another plumber who did if for almost 1/2 the quoted price from Saffer. However, I have used Saffer in the past and was pleased with their service.

Mr Gonzales came to give me a diagnosis and estimate of repair for an outdoor faucet. He was very pleasant and professional . I prefer doing business with people who are genuinely nice as well as local. I will definitely use Saffer for my plumbing needs, and I’m grateful that so many of my friends recommended them.

When our toilet was leaking, Saffer’s phone dispatch was able to get me scheduled quickly. The repair technician, Joe, was really friendly, figured out the problem quickly, explained the issue clearly. He was able to make the repair the same day and had the toilet re-installed and ready to use within a couple hours of arriving. He was even super sweet to our very inquisitive cat who was eager to “help”. Would definitely recommend Joe and Saffer to others!

Our water heater sprung a leak on a holiday weekend. Even though they were booked for a few days out, the plumber on call (Josh) squeezed us in late at night after a very full day, coming at 10pm at night for a free estimate. He was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and apologized for the late hour even though it wasn’t his fault and we were grateful that he made time to work us in. He was able to rig the heater so we could have cold running water in our house overnight, and then came back the next day with Ben to replace it. They both did a great job. We’ve used Saffer before and we’ll continue to use them!

We suddenly had a backed up kitchen drain all the way into the basement. It was Sunday night right before Labor Day. They sent a guy on call and he was here in 35 minutes. Jason Gallano went right to work identify the problem and stayed approximately 2-1/2 hours until everything was fixed completely. We are very appreciative. Jason was cool and calm, very efficient, knowledgeable and exceedingly polite.

Five star experience from meeting Bryan working in our neighborhood- so proud of his pink!!! Truck and the charitable work of Saffer culture. He listened to me and set about solving our problem calling his office for us. We had our own plumber shortly and Chris was professional and quick in his work to solve our problem. Most impressive- !

Safer was recommended to me by a close friend. Two men came and briefly checked the drains in my kitchen & shower. They also unclogged my bathroom basin. It is so good to have it draining properly but I was shocked when they charged me over $400.00. I don’t think they were here for an hour. I was told simply that “ prices have gone up.” I don’t think I will call them again.

Saffer is a truly professional team! On time, gave clear explanations of what they were going to do, gave estimates, explained what they were doing. Both the electrician (Jeremy?) and the plumber Dale were pleasant to work with. Recommend them highly!
