Vallee Air Conditioning and Heating

I would rate this Company -5 ⭐️ if I could. I called them on 6-20-2023 because the AC was not working properly. I spoke to Nichole, who said she could get a technician on-site in the afternoon. The workorder was assigned to John, which showed up at around 4 pm. He looked at the equipment inside the house and claimed the problem was the AC blower motor not working and that the wheel was dirty after 10 minutes worth of troubleshooting. John mentioned the equipment was outdated, that it was impossible to get one with the same amps or specs and that replacing it with a different one was going to create more issues. Jonh stated he could get it working with a different motor but he would have to do research. He called Jerry to explain the situation and not even a sentence into the explanation Jerry shut it down and said “no replace the furnace”. John called Jerry a second time and I heard when Jerry told John “ I told you already” and hung up. John probably apologized to me like 30 times continuously saying “sorry buddy” it’s going to be costly. When I asked how much, he would not tell me and mentioned someone else will send me the quote. The next day an email was sent to me with a proposal to replace the furnace for a 3 Ton American Standard Split Gas 80 for the price of $3,579. My cousin, who is an electrician, inspected the blower motor and all readings checked good. We took apart the unit and cleaned it and everything works but it still would not cool below 77°. I called Central Heating and A/C and Jason came out to work on the unit. He checked the equipment outside and found the refrigerant filter to be leaking. The part was replaced, the unit was charged with refrigerant and now the AC system works. All for the price of $850. Avoid doing business with Mr. Jerry Vallee and call CENTRAL HEATING AND A/C.

Vallee contacted me to let me know it was time for air conditioning servicing. I appreciate the outreach. They worked around an appointment that we had that day, performed a complete service and are reasonably priced. As an aside, I saw that they had another appointment in my neighborhood later in the day. An excellent company!

Sidney was very informative the 1st time he came over, he explained he needed to order a part and come back with someone else to help fix the mini split A/C unit. He came back with Daniel and they fixed the unit. Then Jeremy came to do maintenance on the main unit. All of them did a great job, I would recommend this company to everyone.

I was able to get seen quickly, and she was considerate of our situation and they accommodated us more then I wouLd have expected.

I'll remember this one. Quick and polite and stand up guy. Straight forward and to the point with a good price. Explained everything even tho I didn't quite understand. Gonna call em again next time for sure. Unlike other businesses they quoted me a 2 hr window with a 40 mins heads up. Greatly appreciated. Tech identified my problem immediately and had my AC up and going in 30 mins.

I have always hesitated calling A/C companies out because in the past I have been lied to on several occasions This has never been the case with Valle A/C. They're upfront about issues and cost and are extremely professional. You can tell that they care for their customers and treat them right. This is also one of the most fairly priced companies locally. I have peace of mind knowing that they will be handling all of my A/C and heating issues. I would highly recommend that you at the very least give this company a chance if you haven't already.

I have used Vallee service for a few years. They are friendly, know the business, knowledgeable of all ac and heating. The guys come out and are honest and dependable .Mr John is really good. Everyone from office to field are great.

Came out same day, assessed situation immediately knew the problem and knocked it out real quick - good people! Highly recommended.
