Gerry and his crew installed an entire new HVAC unit in my home including all new duct work. He explained everything to us in terms we could understand so we could choose the best possible system for our home. We never felt like he was trying to upsell a product or be pushy. His crew was timely, professional and cleaned up all of their mess. We could see during the installation process a lot of thought went into how it was being installed. Every home is different and he explained some configuration options as he dug into the project. He supplied us with window units so we could sleep comfortably at night and communicated to us throughout the project status updates. Gerry was on-site the ENTIRE project. He obviously takes tremendous pride in his work. He even brought my daughter a birthday cake since the installation fell during her birthday!!! She was so excited about this special treat! We are very pleased with the installation and look forward to working with his company for years to come.
