My elderly father needed work on HVAC. Jerry was kind enough to call on the weekend and schedule service early Monday morning. Very professional. Everything was fixed by Monday afternooon after parts were ordered. I recommend Vallee fir all of your Air and heating needs. John and Jerry are nice guys. After leaving a voice message early in the morning they called back shortly afterwards and said a technician would come to my house that afternoon. That was followed by a call mid afternoon that he would arrive around 4:00, which he did. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had the parts for repair in his truck. I will definitely call them again should there be any other issues. Hopefully not for a long time!

To my surprise, someone actually answered the phone. I described my delimma and they immediately started troubleshooting the problem over the phone. They wanted to ensure that my home was comfortable for my guests. They came out, diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it quickly.
