I never leave reviews but it's hard to find good reputable companies for repairs. We've used Boyd a couple of times for HVAC repairs in the past and always been pleased with their service. Our a/c went out this week and they were able to get someone out right away. Arrived on time, explained what the issue was and what our options were. Moved forward on the repair, unit is back to working again. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend! We had an issue with a toilet in our house and with everything going on with Corona, we were very impressed with not only their response time but also their professionalism. The guy that was sent to our house wore gloves and a face mask and kept his distance while also making the repair in a timely manner. Thank you, we will definitely use Boyd again if needed in the future.

Very happy with the services that Boyd supplies. The staff is very professional, courteous, thorough and informative. Always on time or early and accommodating in scheduling service when needed. Very nice and enjoyable to deal with. We have a yearly contract and are always contacted by the company for equipment inspection, well before units may be needed. Have never had a bad experience with the company or anyone working within.

We called Boyd to look at our leaking water heater, and they came out and were able to replace our tank the same day we called. The technicians were friendly, professional, and efficient. They finished the install in about two hours!

Boyd has been servicing my a/c and water heaters for years. They are unfailingly professional, knowledgeable and caring. Bailey has serviced my a/c's for years and has earned my full trust.

I bought a bathroom sink faucet assembly, and had Boyd install it. The next day, the cold handle started squeaking. I thought it just needed to loosen up. It didn't. The repairman came back out, said it was fixed. It wasn't. Still squeaks. Very disappointed in them.

Terrible company. They overcharge and dont apologize for it. If there were negative stars to rate then I would have used them. Three Rivers is just as bad. Their issue is sloppy work. I found a good a / c guy called Kirby Mechanical . He does great a/c work . Am happy to finally found a legit a/ c guy who is honest and can fix my problems
