LOUMIS Air

Could not be happier with our experience. We called and within the hour they were at our house. Clinton was the person that came to help us and was very professional and knowledgeable and walked me through the whole situation to make sure I understood what was happening. Now I'm sitting in the nice cool air enjoying life, we will definitely recommend them to EVERYONE that will listen and if we ever need AC help again we will definitely call these guys. Very very pleased with Loumis Air.

Excellent service, very quick to answer the phone and get you scheduled to be taken care of. I had Clinton at my house within the hour, and he even took his time to explain to me what was wrong and why it was happening. He then had to leave due to frozen coils, however did not leave me hanging. He was back two hours later and continued to diagnose and troubleshoot the system. He was able to determine the problem, resolve it and now I’m sitting here in a nice cool house again. Thank you Clinton, and thank you Loumis, you’ve definitely earned a lifelong customer!

The owners of Loumis Air have been quick & responsive each time I’ve needed them. They always have someone out to service our AC unit quickly anytime we’ve called. They’re a pleasure to work with.

They were called out for a repair. The tech I spoke to over the phone did not come out the company sent someone else. The guy ran what was suppose to be a pressure check and told me my unit had a leak and was low of freon which turned out not true. Had to call a second company out as this one did not call me the next day as they said they would to find out I do not have a leak and the tech from loumis over charged my unit causing more issue's. Wouldn't recommend loumis to anyone paid $80 to recharged just to have it bled out and wasted. Very disappointing and dishonest people. Need a real Tech call someone else! I reccomend KDC AIR AND HEAT!!!

Project: Repair or Service A Central AC Conditioning System:
I could not be more pleased with their service. Unlike the others who did respond to me, but were only interested in selling me a new unit instead of just Servicing my unit. I would recommend Loumis Air to anyone.
