    This company was very professional, prompt, courteous, and informative, and definitely knew what was needed. My Technician in detail explained my Air Conditioner problem and solutions. I really appreciated him taking the time and cared enough to explain everything so, I could clearly understand my AC problem. This company is highly recommended for my future AC malfunctions and to others who’s wondering who to call for their AC needs! 👍🏿

    This company is extremely welcoming. From the first time speaking with the owner, we knew we were in great hands. Mr. Clinton was amazing. He was very knowledgable and very professional. He completed the work that was required and gave much detail to the work that needed to be completed. Very timely and courteous to our family and we couldn't be more appreciative.     I truly only have wonderful things to say about Loumis Air. They have serviced my HVAC units in the past as well as recently been to my home at least 3+ times. Shame on me for not giving this company’s staff and their top notch service techs the glowing reviews they deserve sooner. Let me just begin with great customer service and timeliness for appointments. Good communication as far as setting expectations of what could/would be done and why. The full explanation of different options to tackle 1 of my failing units. Trustworthiness as far as initially researching the service techs recommendations and validation of recommendations. A true consultation of what was necessary, conservative, better and best options. Accurate “front end” estimated costs in line with actual billed costs. Comfort in knowing I was able to entrust my property & animals in the service techs hands when I had to run out a few hours for work. Am i hard to please? Nah…lol. I am meticulous and a huge fan of clean concise work. That is just what I received. I also got up in the attic in the hottest part of the day at 3:30 in the afternoon on a very HOT June day to verify some of the work that was done. I was given a full post work explanation. God bless Travis & Clinton…it’s HOT 🥵 up there. I cannot thank all of you enough! A big thank you to Jenn & George.

    Loumis Air has been responsive from the initial contact for services. It has kept me informed of challenges in procuring the replacment unit. Communication has been consistent by Loumis Air. They were able to locate a vendor outside of the network at a comparable price. I had established an install appointment and unfortunately I did not keep the scheduled time. An appointment for next week was scheduled. One concern was an effort to install the unit prior to the colder weather. Fortunately, Loumis Air was able to met that concern. Our unit was installed Thursday and the colder weather arrived on Saturday. The installation was timely. The installers performed their task professionally and removed the nonfunctioning unit. I applaud their quality of service, value of replacement product, their responsiveness and timliness. I am grateful and thankful for your services, Loumis Air.

    LouMis Air was the service repair company assigned through my home warranty company for a ductless split mini that had stopped functioning. Even though my address was not in their usual service area, one of their repair techs lived in the area so they agreed to service the ductless split mini.

    On the date the repair tech’s report was submitted with the parts needed, it was suggested by the home warranty company the approval process would take 48 hours… but after 2-week plus delay in approving the repair parts, (which then delayed the install of the repair parts) … The deadline date for the completed replacement of the repair parts was fast approaching.

    Knowing the delay could continue even longer, the LouMis Air office manager contacted her contractor representative at the home warranty company to see if their department could assist with the delayed parts approval and kept adjusting the office service schedule for a potential upcoming install date… this is excellence in office management and service that you don’t find very often!

    With the assistance of all the LouMis Air teams involved, the repair parts were finally approved. The office manager reworked the service schedule, the repair parts were installed promptly… “The service repair techs started on time, called the customer to advise when an unexpected situation was found, prepared the work area, and cleaned up after themselves” … a job well done!

    The deadline was met with a few days to spare…

    We had a 3 ton outside unit that needed to be replaced. The unit was on a platform 12 ft. above the ground. The platform also needed to be replaced before a new unit could be installed. We got several quotes from A/C service companies on a new unit. Things they told us about buying a new 3 tom unit were all false. I contacted LouMis Air and they gave us a quote on a new unit. Jennifer, owner/manager, understood the problem with the platform and that it would have to be replaced before they could install the new unit. We arranged for a contractor to replace the platform over the weekend. Jennifer arranged for her serviceman to disconnect the old unit on Friday late and to connect the new unit Monday morning after the platform was completed. She even called over the weekend to see how the platform construction was going. We were very impressed and pleased with the work and effort shown by LouMis.

    From the very beginning when speaking with Ms. Jennifer in the front office, her kindness and attentiveness was top notch. She dispatched Mr. Clinton who called before coming, was on time and knew exactly what the problem was with my AC within a short period. Parts were ordered and I’ve been informed along the way. They were so good I gave a call to make an appointment to fix my fiancé’s AC which she has had 3 companies say they can’t work on her system. Not only did Jennifer call back immediately, but Clinton was able to go to my fiancé’s on the same day, diagnosed the problem and went to find the part. He came back and installed it all on that same day!! This company is the one to use!!! Thank you to this whole team!! Jeff

    I cannot say enough about how great this company is. Our upstairs unit broke in late April, it required a special part that had to be ordered. We have American Home Shield as a home warranty company. They sent out a tech gratefully from Loumis Air. The problem was diagnosed very quickly, the problem came in with locating the part! Also, getting AHS to agree to pay and approve the ordering this part!
    Today Loumis repair team came in and replaced the part and finally after this long delay our a/c upstairs is working beautifully!
    Jennifer with Loumis has worked diligently to get this repair done, she has stayed in constant contact with us about the status of the pending repair, there is nothing that they could have done to shorten our wait time!
    I give them five stars because they are very helpful and caring as to the customers needs!
    I will request them to service/repair our air conditioner concerns if one comes up in the future!😀
