Jennifer was outstanding with helping to set up an appointment as early as possible. She also called with updates prior to the service. Clinton was very professional and provided an on time and perfect installation. This is the second time we used LOUMIS Air and would recommend to my friends and neighbors. Thanks LOUMIS Air!!!

I just want to give a Huge shoot out to Everyone at Loumis AIR. They literally saved me. My AC was leaking through my celling and I needed A new unit inside and out and They came to my rescue. They were and are very courteous, On time, professional and went above and behind to complete the JOB. The install was a JOB for sure and they were perfect. First cold night, and I realized too late that our heater wasn’t kicking on. Called Loumis and got an immediate response. They actually tried to help over the phone, but we were unable to get it started. Jen told us her technician would be here the next morning by 7. Clinton arrived early, was very professional and polite, and had our heat restored quickly. I was so impressed with their service, and the price was less than I expected to pay. I would highly recommend this team of professionals when you need heating or AC assistance.

Jennifer, Clinton and the other technicians were very responsive, knowledgeable and professional. My rental property has a very different type of A/C unit which is in the ceiling and is not serviced by many vendors. Loumis Air came in, diagnosed the problem, even got AHS to replace the inside and outside units, and their technicians went above and beyond to get the units installed. I highly recommend them. I plan to use them for all of my a/c and heating unit needs. A big thank you to Jennifer and the staff at Loumis!

The owner and technicians at this company are perhaps the most patient service vendors we have ever encountered! They patiently explained exactly what our situation was and willingly answered additional questions that arose from our having asked multiple vendors for additional opinions and estimates. Even though they knew we were considering other companies, Loumis was ALWAYS available to help us make the best decision for us AND they were nothing but kind and courteous in their attempt to help us get the repairs we needed in the most economical way we could. Ultimately, we chose Loumis to complete our repairs. We are beyond satisfied with Loumis and if we have our way, we will use them exclusively for all our A/C needs moving forward.

Loumis Air came highly recommended by Chris from Ideal Appliance in Slidell. I was in need of an ice maker repair and could not find anyone that serviced my brand. I called Loumis and spoke to owner Jennifer who said they would send someone to take a look at it even though they didnt normally repair ice makers, but they would give it a shot. Clinton the service manager came out and diagnosed and solved my problem and had my ice maker up and running in no time. He was very courteous and problem oriented and very thorough in his service. Jennifer was a pleasure to speak with and Clinton said they stand behind there work. I would use them again for all of my HVAC or refrigeration needs!

Loumis A/C were a solid ten, no kidding. Jennifer kept me up to date on when the new condenser/a/c arrived and when it was installed too. She was truly unbelievable and superior throughout the entire diagnosis of the malfunction of a/c unit to the new condenser being installed. Clinton also informed me of everything that he found in regards to my unit not working and he also did a fantastic job through to its completion. In addition to making sure that there were no leaks and so forth in the outside unit and the unit in the attic too. Truly the best of the best and I am a hard grader too.

Clearly the best. My first review praised Aaron and the office staff for their superior performance in all aspects concerning the inspection and repair. In short it was evident that they genuinely had the homeowners concerns first in their minds. At the time, after determining that a major component needed replacement, they took it on themselves to contact the manufacturer, return the component, and request warrenty coverage. To my surprise the manufacturer, after four years in our new home, covered the entire cost of the unit. It should be noted that Loumis did not install the system initially. Thank you Loumis.

I cannot say enough about Loumis Air, Clinton, & Jennifer with Loumis Air. I called Monday evening around 4 pm desperately seeking repairs to my AC which had been out of order since Saturday. I spoke with Jennifer. She helped me obtain a service appointment the very next morning for 7 am. Clinton arrived promptly at 7 am and repaired my AC within an hour!! He was very courteous and took the time to explain the problem with my AC unit as well as how he fixed it!

Clinton came out for the service call. He went to my 85 year old mom’s home. My instructions were just to call me and let me know what’s going on . He called every time he found something wrong . He changed a couple of parts , added some Freon to the unit and had everything working in a couple of hours . She was told by another company she needed a new unit for $8000. Loumis Air and Clinton fixed the unit for $300. My mom was shocked and very happy!!! We will recommend Loumis Air to anyone that I know that needs A/C or Heating repairs.
