Gowland's Heating & A/C

My unit is working great again!!! My unit is over 10 years old. I cannot afford to purchase a new one at this tine. Gowland has been to my home to service My unit several times and has been and is working with Me to keep it working good until I can get that new unit. I thank them so so much for this. Last week My home was 81 degrees inside ..I called Gowland. They came out same day and serviced it now is working great. And they understood My finances so worked with me on that!! Don't know what I'd do without their help. I love Destiny and William the tech that serviced it last wee. He was so nice and let me follow him and explained to me what needed to be done. Parts that needed to be changed out. So we are taking step by step to help keep my unit running efficiently untill I can afford to get a new one. A BIG THANK YOU TO GOWLAND !!!!!

This company was so nice and responsive. They were able to send a technician out and he figured out the problem quickly and solved it even faster. I would give them a hundred stars if I could.

I used Gowland's to repair my heater last winter. He did an excellent job and charged a very fair price. I used him again this summer when our AC seemed to be taking too long to cool the house. All we needed was a bit more freon. Again, we paid a very fair price for a simple job. He could have tried to tell us we had a bad system and pushed us to buy a new unit (I'd never have known better), so I was impressed with his honesty. I'll use him from now on.

This company is professional and attentive. Will took the time to explain thoroughly what I could expect and the results of the diagnostics performed on my unit. I have had interactions with other well known heating and air conditioning companies, and I can assure you the excellent service you will receive from Gowlands is no comparison! On July 23, 2019, Gowland's completed very professional replacement of our a/c & heating system. Since then our monthly electric cost has decreased from about $500 per month to less than $200 per month. We highly recommend them for a/c and heating repairs.

Gowlands AC installed a whole house generator at my home. The technicians were professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. The system worked perfectly and the technicians spent time to show me how to operate the system. The work was done when scheduled, and at the price given on the estimate.

I have never in all of my 40+ years of needing AC service have I come acrosss a company that is so personable and professional as Gowlands Heating and AC. When they service your system, they don't go looking for problems just to make a buck. They do however warn you of upcoming problems and give you an estimate of how long that problem area/part might last. I've been able to budget for my AC/heating needs ahead of time.
