I am incredibly satisfied and impressed with Albers A/C. Everyone I personally dealt with was professional, informative, hard working, and thorough. From the initial phone call to the estimate process all the way through installation and cleanup. I, unfortunately, had to have a complete, and I mean a COMPLETE A/C replacement, after my old A/C couldn’t keep my house under 80 degrees during the daytime. Anything and everything that had anything to do with my old system was replaced. After initially getting an estimate from another company for a lesser system and not even replacing my duct work, Albers replaced everything with a higher quality product for essentially the same price. Albers went above and beyond, offering to band-aid my old system to get me through the weekend with some cool air until they could do the replacement work. After seeing was was pulled out my attic, it’s amazing they could even do that. I would recommend Albers to anyone who has any air conditioning issues.

Albert installed a new heating and air system for me. I was very pleased with the product they installed and rebate that they told me I was eligible for. The installation went very smoothly. They arrived on time and we’re very professional, courteous and left the areas clean. I was very pleased with the whole experience and would highly recommend them

Very quick response for a Sunday, super nice and straight forward

Just had the six month maintenance check on the unit. Chris was the technician. He has been here several times in the past and he is a pleasure to deal with. I had the unit installed almost ten years now and while it has had some issues, Albers has always responded promptly with the repairs. I have suggested Albers many times since then and I will continue to do so. Quality company.

Chris was very informative, courteous, and helpful. He came to my house only two hours after I called the office. He was very thorough and I felt like he knew what he was talking about. I have recently had a different A.C. repairman try to lie and squeeze a bunch of money out of me so I was hesitant while looking for a new company. However, I am happy that I found this company. I picked Albers based off of their great reviews on Google, and they did it again and got another 5 star review!
