I want to send a big thank you to the service men that come to my house both Thursday and Friday. Both days they arrived on time. Friday I was late returning from a clients house and they were waiting for me when I arrived. The patience as my dogs barked nearly the whole time was beyond appreciated! I had a question about service renewal and Eric was extremely polite, patient, understanding and took his time explaining. I am always so impressed with their patience and friendly service

The technician that came to my Dad’s house was incredibly professional and kind, he got the ac unit up and going in no time (and also gave some love to our recently rescued dog). In addition the woman who answered the phone and scheduled the service was very professional. At a time when it seems every business is struggling with employees and services, i found this company excellent and went above and beyond. I would certainly recommend them to friends and family.

We have used Alber’s for several years for routine upkeep and repair. They are always very responsive, friendly and do a great job with our service.

Came to install thermostat I knew it was bad called to get price on new one but was told they couldn't give me a price on one the tech would let me know the price when he comes out so I have to pay $129 for them to come out and give me a price on something I know is bad when they couldn't have gave me a price for a new thermostat and saved me $129then the tech says they only carry 2 one was was around $500 the other was $379 service fee included so $250 for thermostat the whole unit came from them and the thermostat was $69 then but now they got only high and higher $250 for a thermostat Honeywell that Lowes has for 770 they can get cheaper ones they just want to sell you on a higher on well I bought the unit from them but would not again you would think they would treat long time customers better well I work around a lot of construction work and would not recommend them there prices are way too high compared to others a next door neighbor bought a new unit few months ago from different company and gave me their number to call them said they are way cheaper so looks like what I'm going to have to do just still can't believe they had to come out and charged me $129 to give me a price would not give me price on thermostat before hand. The only reason I gave them 1 star is that as low as it goes
