I have always had a positive experience with Albers. I've used them for years now, and find them to be honest and while they may recommend certain upgrades, they've never pressured me to do them. The techs are always good about calling ahead and are polite and trustworthy. Eric did a fine job for me today.

I called Albers AC after frustration from repeated callback and response failures from a different company that had been servicing my ac unit for years. I'm glad that I did. They were very attentive from the start. They fairly quickly sent a tech out to assess all of ac and heating issues that I already knew I had on my 25 year old unit. He identified all of the failing parts and gave me cost repair estimates before he left. After consideration, I scheduled an appointment for a cost assessment on a new central air unit. Within a couple days, someone was there to give a free assessment and cost estimate for a new install. He left me with a thoroughly written breakdown of all of my choices with the cost and pros and cons of each. After a week of estimates from other companies, I decided to go with Albers. They offer a very good Daikin system at a very fair competitive rate. They were extremely helpful in assisting with the financing, and was there to put my new 17 Seer system in two days later. The guys were on time and very professional. My wife was home alone and did not feel as if any of the guys were inappropriate in any way. They gave her great training on how the new WiFi thermostat works. They worked neatly and quickly and was done before the kids even got out of school. No mess left behind at all. When I came home from work, I could not tell that anyone had even been there. The new system sounds, feels, and looks great. Its much quieter than the old one and the air feels great. Albers really did a great job for me. Will be recommending them to anyone who asks. They even refunded my initial service call fee, which was pretty nice.

We originally chose this company due to the good reviews on Google, they came out same day to check our unit. We also had an issue with our furnace that we needed to fix and were awaiting a quote. They never got back to us about the quote. I understand if they didn’t want to do the work but I initially waited over a week before I contacted another company awaiting the quote. I think if you need a simple job, they would be great but unfortunately they didn’t communicate great with us.

Update Jan21, 2021 - I had my semi-annual maintenance performed today. Chris was the technician and he has been here several times beginning when Albers installed the system when my home was built 4 years ago. With the current COVID situation and since I have an existing respiratory disease, we talked about the use of UV lighting to kill mold in the Heat/AC system. Chris was very knowledgeable about these devices and everything he said was in keeping with what I have read and heard about them. I decided to have one installed on the spot based on our conversation. I would recommend Chris and Albers to anyone. I like having my service done regularly with a quality company that knows my system and will be here when I need them regardless of the day or time.

The technician, Chris, arrived within two hours of calling. He was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous and identified the problem quickly. He fixed my problem and had me back on line in no time. I had been meaning to look into a service contract since I bought my new retirement home, and I was so impressed with Albers that I purchased a contract on on the spot. Would highly recommend.
