We live in a 32 year old, three story home nested on the Bouge Falaya in Covington.
Our home has an open floor plan, and half the living area has ceilings 22 high.
It was a difficult space to heat, cool, and ventilate..
The HVAC systems were original when we bought the property, were highly inefficient, and didn’t heat nor cool the house uniformly.
As an engineer, I knew we had inherited a poor HVAC design from another era and needed a good partner to rebuild our HVAC systems from the ground up.
We interviewed several capable contractors to assess our needs and design a new HVAC system for us.

In short, Alber’s Air Conditioning rebuilt our entire HVAC system, including all venting in our attics, delivered an impressive, highly efficient, Daiken Fit solution, complete with an air scrubber and humidifier in half the time allotted – they beat our expectations.
This company is over 30 years old and we found them to be well seasoned.
Their staff was friendly, professional, and left our home each day cleaner than they found it.
The owners were directly involved and oversaw all aspects of our project.

The HVAC in my home was on its last legs. I shopped around looking to find the best quality product to replace it. When I called Albers office, I was instantly greeted by Angelique. She was very courteous and cheerful.

The next day, Spencer came to my house and did a walk through of my home with me. He was polite and very knowledgeable. We spoke for about 15 minutes going over what I needed. It was a pleasant experience and I felt respected as he was taking the time to listen and not just sell me a product.

The estimate he provided was detailed and provided several options at different price points. This allowed my family and I to find the best value for our needs.

After selecting the desired model and options, we were scheduled within the next few days to have it installed. We purchased a complete system overhaul, which meant replacing everything from the ducts to the unit itself.

The installation crew and their lead, Anthony, were efficient and quick. I had set my expectations at a two day job, due to the scope of the job. Anthony and his team had the job completed in one day! He walked me through the installation process at various points throughout the day. I appreciated the attention to detail and care he put into his work.

Overall, Albers met and exceeded my expectations from start to finish. If you are looking for a professional company who cares and listens to customer needs, Albers is it.

It was a Saturday and our AC system was not delivering cold air, called several AC companies and Albers Air Conditioning and Heating called back right away.
I spoke with Brian Bankston the tech. on call and he arrived at our home in less than an hour.
Great service, he diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to obtain parts for repairs. Brian had our AC system repaired and back on line with in 2-1/2 hrs from my original call. Pretty awesome and important because i have my 87 yr. young mom living with us.
My wife and i decided to move forward with a maintenance contract after seeing the professionalism displayed by Albers Air Conditioning and Mr. Bankston. I would highly recommend this company and we are more than satisfied with they're service.

Quick, easy and correct diagnosis of repair.
