Dats Cold A/C & Heating

Absolutely great professional service. When our a/c stopped working on a Friday I called a few companies in the Slidell area. DATS COLD was the only company to return my call. They showed up at my house 30 minutes later and worked to find the problem. It turned out I needed a new a/c unit. The owner spoke to me about different options and the value of each opinion. I didn’t feel like it was a sales pitch but an informational discussion so I could make the best choice that would fit my needs. The owner also brought and installed portable a/c units to keep my family and I comfortable until they could get everything fixed. They replaced my a/c unit the next day on a Saturday!! If you have heating and air needs and want a company that is very knowledgeable and respects the value of a hard earned dollar I highly recommend DATS COLD.

We called him, and he came out the same day. He worked in the rain. And fixed our air conditioner quickly and with efficiency . Very kind, honest and sincere. We Will definitely use him again.

I contacted this service and spoke with him a couple times. When he came to look at my ac the computer board was fried for the fan controller. He hacked and wired me ac with a cheap part just to make the ac work which was ok at the time. He said when i got the new computer board he would come back and instal it with the wiring fixed back to original. So I've been contacting him for tabout a month now with absolutely no response. Ive left voice messages and text messages like his answering machine requests. So since he wont return ive been quoted a crazy expensive price to repair it and till then we have no heat. Hes really friendly and seemed nice enough but i suppose thats how he gets ya.

Got a new AC from these guys, they went above and beyond to get my system up and running. Would definitely recommend them!
