They recharged the a/c and cleaned them but it didn’t solve the problem. The high pressure switch locked out the system over and over for 4 weeks. They said they we’re getting advice from Lennox for 4 WEEKS!! They tell you a service will call to make an appointment but it never happened. The owner made the same promise but NOTHING!! NOT Recommended!!
We wanted to build our deck but we wanted them to install the Airconditioner units they done a great job especially at communicating we us they done the installation around my working schedule and finish with a great work and when they down the installation it was freezing so now they have to come to make sure our Aircondition part is running correctly .. I gave them 5 stars because everyone done their job great ..
I have used Beau's for years for heater and AC maintenance with no complaint. However, during a maintenance visit Thursday March 17 I was told I needed a new AC system ( which did not surprise me ) and that I would receive a call with an estimate. It is now March 29 and I have heard nothing from them. Fortunately, I was able to contact another company March 21 and had my new AC installed March 25. I just don't think this was a professional way to handle customers.
