I called SBC on Friday to request a spring tune up. They set me up an appointment for Monday. The technician Daniel responded earlier than expected which was a good thing. He was friendly and knowledgeable of his job. He gave me several good suggestions to questions I asked regarding my AC unit. I was definitely satisfied and ended up signing a yearly contract with SBC.

SBC services my air and heat twice yearly. They always provide the highest quality of service. William came yesterday and went beyond the call duty. Not only did he service my unit thoroughly, he also brought some things down from my attic for me without me even asking. In a world where the bare minimum is the norm, I appreciate Williams’s attentiveness and going the extra mile.

Daniel came out today and rectified an issue with my A/C service. He showed more than ample knowledge of the systems and was kind enough to allow me to walk through step by step with him as he explained everything. He had fantastic customer service and professionalism. Would recommend SBC Cooling&Heating to anyone in need of honest credible work

We have used SBC for years and have been pleased with all of the techs and service thus far.

Today, we met Daniel who came to do our yearly heater maintenance. I have two young children who happened to be home, are not shy, and are super curious. They had a million questions and frankly were very much in the way. He continued to work and interacted so well with our kids.He was so nice and answered their questions! He also was super efficient, professional, and made some good suggestions after the work was done. He wasn’t pushy in terms of sales, but made some recommendations I appreciated.

Very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and patient. Answered all our questions in layman's terms and was never in a hurry.
