SBC Cooling & Heating

I had Daniel as my tech to replace the outside unit today. This kid was was on point and was very informative about some things I could do to keep things working smoothly. He jumped out the truck and knocked it out.Im sure the management already knows this but they have a great employee. Pride in his work and service. A great asset in business to have. I will recommend SBC to anyone who needs HVAC work done 💯👏👏

William was courteous and was able to fix the issue quickly.

We were having issues with our A/C not cooling in our office, called up SBC and they sent Daniel out first thing the next morning. He was very friendly and proffesional got straight to work to find out what issues we were having. Once he found the problem he immediately called the office to get them to send over a quote for the part needed for the repair. Very much liked having him as our service guy.

Our A/C motor burned up last night about 6:30 so I called SBC Cooling & Heating. Kristen answered and took all of my information about the situation. Within 20 minutes she called me back to let me know a technician could be on the way now. Josh arrived shortly after and had everything up and running within 40 minutes. He was very polite and did a great job! So thankful for y'all so our 1 year old didn't have to sleep in this heat!

AC went out called them at 730 in the morning. Someone answered the phone while they were still at the house. Got me squared away with our question. Daniel came out earlier than expected and was friendly, knowledgeable and a treat to chew the fat with while he looked everything over. I have nothing but good to say about the service I received. Awesome tech and awesome company and cold air.

Having problems with my air on Sunday after the storms! Dakota came out and got everything checked out. Thank you!
