SBC Cooling & Heating

Daniel from SBC came to our school today and provided exceptional service today. He tested several areas to find out why two of the room in the front office were not cooling even though the temp gauge registered a cool 70 degrees in those rooms. He narrowed it down to a damper that was closed off. He opened up the damper and the air began to flow. Daniel kept me apprised of each step in the detection of the issue and the improvement. After he resolved the issue he came back to wipe up the ceiling tile and insulation dust. He wore booties on his shoes to prevent tracking outside materials into the school. Daniel was exceptionally pleasant. Based off of my experience, I highly recommend SBC.

Daniel Cummings provides my service, and he is a very special person, I have a pretty bad social anxiety, and having strangers in my home is very nerve racking for me, but Daniel is so friendly, and kind spirited I was at ease within 5 min of him being in my home. That alone is worth more than I can express. I didn't feel the need to watch his every move or lock myself in a room until he left, which I have done with other service providers.
