Between the great customer service, someone ALWAYS there to answer the phone and the utmost care you can see and feel from them, SBC is the absolute best!!! Whether Daniel, William or any of their other technicians, they'll explain your whole system to you and make sure you are comfortable with whatever decision you make. Their maintenance contracts are also super easy (because they call you for the maintenance) and hassle free - they will literally come to change your filter with the right maintenance package. Pricing also in line with competition, but knowing they're there if I'm ever in a bind is worth more than what they charge..

Seriously excellent and very speedy service! We plan on staying with them as long as we are in Shreveport. Luke and Conor did a fantastic job installing our new system!

When my unit started going out in June Will came out immediately! He was able to service it and keep it going for another month! In July I had to get a new unit and SBC was my only choice. The gentlemen that installed it were respectful of my home and all our dogs! They were extremely efficient and were in and out in around 3 hours! I highly recommend them for your ac/ heating needs.

Will is cordial and knowledgeable about our TRANE HVAC system. He educated us about the flow of the air throughout the home. He educated us on products that would improve the flow of air and products to help purify the air of allergents.

William was very professional nice young man! Informed me of anything that need to be fixed. Took his time. Didn’t rush through the job.
