Very happy with Southland A/C! We've been customers for over 6 years, and they are always prompt, courteous, and professional. After checking around, we found their prices to be very competitive. We never hesitate to recommend them to a friend.

If I could give the entire company 100 stars I would but I am limited by 5. My husband and I were in need of a complete system. Cliff, the salesman came to the house and educated us on many aspects. SEER rating, our specfic home layout and quality of the Lennox line they recommend. He did an inspection of the attic, ductwork and listened to our needs of what we wanted the new system to acheive for our specfic comfort. He spent 2.5 hours with us on a Friday afternoon. Tuesday we came to an aggrement on the scope of the job and pricing. Later that afternoon Cliff returned with the lead installer Jeff. They both survered the job, materials needed, and again took alll of our needs and designed the layout of the system.
We began work the following day. The lead installer Jeff with his crew of Mike, Justin and Troy (aka the duct man) arrived and all of the equiptment was delivered. They began by taking all of the existing ductwork out. However they bagged it all in the attic to save us a huge mess and clean-up. Some were setting the outside unit while others were getting the inside equiptment in place.
The following day they layed out and attached all of the new ducting to the system. Also the new thermostat was placed. Before leaving the entire system was checked and we were taught how to use the thermostat (not tooo tech savy) but after the education I felt very confident.
I cannot begin to express how professional, clean and respectful the entire crew was. Hands down I think they are the finest air conditioning company to do business with.
Before I end I wanted to say AJ (the owner) came on day 1 of install and made sure things were going as expected. He reccomended to change a few grills to maximize air flow again, to meet our comfort concerns.
