Hi, my name is Robin. Right off the bat, the consultant was very nice, relatable, honest and reasonable. I chose this company because my dad swore by Southland AIr Conditioning and heating, Inc. for many years. I couldn’t have asked for more sincerely pleasant, professional and informative installers, named Justin and Charles. They not only worked fast, cleaned up behind themselves, gave me tips, but wired things differently to make things simple and easy for me to get to and easy for me to understand, a single woman. I can’t say enough positivity on Justin and Charles ! I had a wonderful experience and would recommend them to anyone!!! 😊

Replacing units or parts is always expensive, but we've used Southland for years because they are dependable, responsive, and careful. Everyone is always pleasant and professional. We were especially happy with our installers, Justin and Charles (and the carpenter who removed and replaced a door frame, leaving no trace--not a nick or a scratch). They were thorough and explained what was going on. Very personable guys--we enjoyed chatting with them as they worked.

Jeff & Albert did a great job replacing my old attic unit. They were on time, efficient and responsive to all of our questions. I would definitely recommend this installation crew.

Our sales rep Mr. Cliff responded promptly to our service request, assessed our a/c needs and presented us with an excellent and better than affordable solution. His presentation was super friendly and without any pressure to make a sale. His presence did not end with the sale as he continued to check with his installers to insure excellent work until the job was finished. The installers, Justin and Nick did excellent work going the extra mile to insure that my wife and I were completely satisfied. They answered all of our questions and made sure that we had a good working knowledge of the improvements they made to our system. Great customer service. I was able to get service done the same day. Cliff, Rome, Charles very professional they went above and beyond with fast installation. Also Rome suggested the Air Scrubber I did some research and the reviews spoke for itself and I went on and got it. The air quality in the home is amazing especially with pets. I woke up to a warm house early Fri morning. I called over 10 companies. Southland sent someone within a few hours. Brandon was very responsive and professional. He diagnosed the problem and was able to fix my a/c over the next couple of hours. I highly recommend Southland and will def continue to be a customer.

We recently had a new American Standard AC and furnace installed. The new unit is very quiet and efficient. Our install crew of Michael and Selvin did a great job, they were very professional, courteous, prompt, and hard working. Our salesman Cliff made sure every detail was perfect and what we wanted.

Our sales representative Mr. Cliff responded quickly to our call and took time to explain our options to replace our old heat pump system. The installation crew Derrick Nowlin and Christopher McCoy were great!!! They were prompt, courteous, and worked very hard for two days. I would highly recommend Southland!

On time estimate - they had an opening and were able to replace a 2-ton upstairs central A/C & Heating system later in the week. On time, professional, clean, friendly, did a great job! Jeff, Albert & Chris are highly recommended!
