I have used Southland a few times now between my business and my home and they are always helpful! The few times I have needed to call them it has been after hours and they always show up! Service is always quick and pleasant!

I cannot recommend Southland enough for their incredible work. They spent time actually trying to help us save money, get more from our existing system and create a great A/C environment. They were punctual, polite and were in and out with no mess at all. Southland gets the thumbs up in every way. You won't be disappointed.

Cliff was professional and very easy to work with. He was on-time and communicated clearly through-out the process. He offered an very competitive price. The install team was also professional and timely. It was a great over-all experience. They also left a clean job site.

The installers, especially Rome, were awesome! Efficient, knowledgeable, and cleaned up better than I do. My previous AC company installed a new and expensive condenser that was incompatible with the ductwork I had but either didn’t know (which makes them incompetent ) or didn’t tell me (which makes them neglectful and somewhat shady since I had to keep scheduling service visits because my new and expensive AC system wasn’t working right and was charged for those visits). I asked southland to come out to estimate something else and had them check the ductwork and it was IMMEDIATELY obvious to Mr. H. that there was a BIG problem. I’m grateful for that and can’t recommend Southland highly enough. I would have spent another miserable summer complaining about my AC without their experience, knowledge and integrity.

I've dealt with a ton of HVAC contractors over the years but Southland is no doubt the best and the easiest to work with. Everyone I've met is friendly, professional and very good at what they do. From Cliff, Jeffery, Troy, Perry, Kelly, "Lunchbox", Charlton, and Melanie in the office, I couldn't be happier. I'm definitely sticking with Southland AC for all my future installs and repairs.

I've had various technicians from this company come out to do maintenance or major installation work over the past year. They have all been courteous, knowledgeable, and hard-working on the job. I am grateful I can rely on their expertise. My most recent experience was with Aaron and Dedrick who were both courteous and extremely efficient. I have no qualms recommending this company.

Southland installed a new air conditioner and heater in my home and went out of their way to make sure that the installation went smoothly. They were neat, arrived on time and even let my dog in and out of my house when I had to leave. The installation was a challenge because of the configuration of my old house. I would not hesitate to use them again and would recommend their services to anyone interested in quality installation.

Our sales representative Mr.Peter responded quickly to my call and took time to explain everything that I needed for a new AC and Heating System.And the installers Justin and Charles was amazing. I would highly recommend Southland !

Our installer, Jeffrey, and his team did an excellent job of replacing our upstairs a/c (including new duct work). A/c now works better than the original installation of 40 years ago. Price was best! They were knowledgeable, courteous and left our home as clean as they found it.
