These people are ridiculously over priced, actually ridiculously would be an understatement. They tried to charge me $6,900 for a replacement cooling system. I just called them to comparison shop however I do have an honest tech that will be doing the work for me and made his costs transparent and they were reasonable. The equipment I wanted replaced cost about $1200. These folks want to charge $5,700 for labor. I have gotten 5 estimates 1 from another dealer of the same parts and the total job takes anywhere from 4-6 hours. At best these folks want to charge $950.00/$1,425.00 PER HOUR.

I highly recommend Southland. The staff are honest, hard working, and prices better than other companies. The installers were dedicated, never sounded impatient and answered all my questions. Cliff was great. They are top notch.

Office Manager - Ms Melanie is efficient and professional in her responsiveness and management skills. Onsite personnel was too notch. I will look forward to doing business with Southland long term.

Southland ac and heating put in three ac systems for me .I could not be any happier with the work and service. A Lennox and a Mitsubishi. The sales person Peter Ford was great I highly recommend him.

I had my system installed a year ago and it was an excellent experience. Professional crew. Cliff and Perry took care of everything and the units have been great!
