Hurricane IDA destroyed out central A/C. Dan and his crew put in a temp unit while mine is being ordered, and have been very responsive to our questions and needs. His prices beat the national companies by at least 30%, and he included a few as part of the deal. He may be new to the industry, but he is honest and hard working.

I can’t say enough about this company. I contacted them as a second opinion for an estimate that I was told would cost $9000. The owner answered the phone and was immediately scheduling an appointment to do his own inspection. Once temperature pro did an inspection, they found A “non-natural substance“ had been placed on a circuitboard and a fuse had been disengaged. These professionals had the AC up and running within 30 minutes! Professional, honest, and reliable! I would highly recommend this company without question !

Very pleased with the HVAC service. Technician (Stanford) was friendly and explained the checks he was performing as he went. He also recommended some upgrades based on our discussion but wasn’t pushy about it.

During the aftermath of Hurricane Ida, we saw a work truck with the logo and called to see if they were available to come out and look at our A/C . Their response was in great timing. We appreciate their service.

I called after 5 pm on Saturday as hurricane Ida was approaching and left a message that my unit was not cooling properly. I did not expect service that night, but they came around 8 pm and finished around 9 pm. They added refrigerant and fixed the leak causing the problem. I was very relieved because I was concerned that no one would be able to get to me after the hurricane. Thanks!!!
