Madison installed a new HVAC system over the summer at my moms. This weekend it got cold and she couldn't switch over to 'heat'. My mom is elderly and i tried to walk her through changing the settings etc. I was out of town and couldn't help. Also, Trump was in Richmond and traffic was gridlock. I worked w/Mandy at Madision HVAC and she got a technician 'Matt' to moms and fought the traffic. So, they got her heat on and programmed the thermostat to be easy for her to switch back and forth. Had them install a complete modern system, including all ducting and a heat pump in an old "Radiant Ceiling" house. They did an excellent job of this hard project in less than 5 days! Highly recommend this company.

Madison HVAC/R by far offers the best service in town. They are fair and honest with everyone and will not let you down. If you have an A/C or refrigeration issue they will do there very best to respond to your needs.

I called Madison HVAC and told them that I had a bedroom that was extremely cold, and they sent out a tech and sure enough the bedroom doors were closed and the return was in another room and could not do it's job.

The ceiling fans were also changed to rotate clockwise for the winter months so the heat is forced back down. I had no idea, and for their diagnostic fee I have a warm bedroom now.

I can honestly say Madison HVAC are true professionals. They have excellent customer service. I was happy with my service and I will be recommending them to friends.

Alan & Rosin arrived at the house by 9 am, they don't waste time, started the job right away. They are very thorough and obviously know what they are doing. They finished the job but did not leave until they're sure that everything is good and working. I recommend them 100%. Thank you guys.

So easy to work with. Went above and beyond to get our new system working properly. Even coming over on the weekend with a new part to replace a incorrectly placed one. Months later I called with a filter question. And again they worked hard to help me. I can not say enough good about this local company!

We were handed an estimate for $20,000 for a new Roof Top Unit. There was no way we could do that and I was told that was the only option. I touched base with Derek, he came out and in a couple of hours it was COLD, it was CLEANED out and we were up and running for pennies on the dollar. I would post the bill if I could find it. I cannot recommend them enough
