polite, professional installers. Mask on at all times (covid time). easy to talk to. Can't tell anything about value as I didn't shop around. I trusted them with what they said. Working well when they left

I have had to deal with a few HVAC service companies in Richmond and Madison HVAC/R is the best. Honest and wont try to sell their customer something that is not needed.

I've had to use them twice for what turned out to be simple fixes. They never rushed and did not try to nickel and dime me. I will use them again. Great job
