I had compared several HVAC companies and their prices but I found the best deal here. I needed the entire inside and outside unit replaced. They were responsive, courteous, respectful, and clean! I am super pleased with everything and appreciative of their services! Thank you! Highly recommend them!

Had an issue on a Saturday where my A/C decided to stop working right. Called a few places and left some messages as it was 5pm. Madison HVAC returned my call and came out that night at 9pm! They quickly diagnosed the problem as a blown capacitor and replaced it for a reasonable amount. The tech was kind and courteous and very professional. I would highly recommend them!

Madison's A/C technicians we're knowledgeable, fast, efficient and accommodating. So far, Derek and his crew have installed a complete home heating/cooling system in my house. Then later, I brought them back to change out my old duct system that was literally falling apart. They designed and installed a "balanced" system that is capable of delivering even heat to all parts of the house. Or, if I choose, portions of the house can be "dampered off"-allowing me to heat part of the house while leaving the rest with reduced heat and A/C. On one occasion, Derek himself came out when I was having a thermostat problem. Derek had it sorted out in no time flat and we were "cool"again-(pun intended). Another thing I have noticed-Derek and his entire staff are so closely connected (electronically) that they can operate as a team-even if there is only one of them present. I'm convinced that Derek and his crew can solve ANY HVAC or refrigeration problem. They're fast, they're fair and they're fabulous. I wouldn't call anyone else-hands down!

Madison HVAC is awesome! We called at 8pm on a Saturday night and they were here within the hour. He was even on a date night with his wife! He figured out the problem and had us back up and running in 10 minutes!! Outstanding customer service...

I had to have a complete new unit installed today. I have to say that I couldn't have asked for better service. They were right on time. Very friendly and professional at their job. They left everything very neat. Explained everything to me. I would like to say a big THANKS to Allen and George you guys did an absolutely terrific job. I wish I could find more words to say. Great job Guy's! :)

Great people to work with. Very professional and courteous. They replaced my complete upstairs AC system in less than a day. They went through the new system with me and answered any questions I had. I will defiantly call them for all of my HVAC systems.

Madison HVAC/R, Inc. provides service as my small-town professionals did when I was a youngster - you can't pull the wool over someone's eyes in a small town. They research an issue until it is resolved and are totally honest in their assessment. It's tough to find companies with the integrity I've experience with them. Make them YOUR professionals - you won't be disappointed.

We went back and forth on if we should repair or completely replace our system. They were very patient with us while we made the decision to replace. The crew worked hard for 2 days and got us up and running. No problems. This is a great company and I highly recommend them.
