Boy did I enjoy the "A-Team" you sent me yesterday! I must say again that my entire experience with Madison HVAC has been one of the most positive experiences ever! From my very first visit from Derek and Bob last winter to my current phone calls with Corie and Mandy. You ALL have been amazing . . kind, helpful, and courteous! Not to leave anyone out, the guys you sent yesterday to install my new HVAC system were fast, efficient and went above and beyond the call of duty. I am a VERY satisfied customer and will recommend you all, with pleasure, every chance I get. Thank you, ALL!

Review in one word: Excellent. The friendly and knowledgeable staff of Madison HVAC/R took the time to find the problem in my old AC system. A few other companies didn't take the time to find the problem, but the technician was diligent about doing the job right. They showed up promptly and were very professional. They were obviously very knowledgeable about my very old, obsolete system. If you have any problems, I suggest you trust Madison HVAC/R with your heating and cooling system repair needs. The prices are reasonable, and the quality of work is top-notch.

James Shelton here, I would like to highly recommend these guys for your next Hvac problems. I had a New packaged heat pump install not only did it arrive early these guys put it in the same day! These guys was very professional and was very knowledgeable of the job. And to top it off I had some problems with my house cooling a couple days later (was bad ducts on my end) and they came back even though it was on me and sealed the leaky ducts free of charge. Now if you ask me they went above and beyond to earn this customer 4 life ;) highly recommended!

Heat went out in 19 degree temperature. I contacted Madison HVAC/R and a tech was at my home within 30 minutes. Staff was courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and worked quickly. They checked my warranty and was able to replace the part for a very fair installation fee. I am beyond pleased with the service I received and will always contact this company with any future needs. Can't go wrong with Madison HVAC/R!

Today was my first time doing business with Madison HVAC/R. My furnace was making a strange new noise so I gave them a call. Great Choice! In a short time after I called, Derek arrived and figured out quickly exactly what was wrong. I could not be more pleased with the service I received. I would not hesitate to call them again. I couldn't be happier with Madison HVAC/R! I'd like to think I'm a good judge of character, and both the main business and the technician they sent to my house struck me as being incredibly honest, thorough, and very much interested in making sure that I wasn't being over-charged. Barry (the technician) spent a surprising amount of time troubleshooting my central air-conditioning system, and he took great pains to explain what/why/how the faulty components needed to be repaired or replaced. I highly recommend Madison HVAC/R for all your HVAC needs!

I can't speak more highly of Madison HVAC. The owner Derek came out himself to our house on 2 different occasions for service calls. On both occasions it was minor 'user error' type situations in which he educated us as to the problem and he would refuse to let us pay him anything for his time. Finally over a year later when we finally had a legitimate reason to employ his service (replacing a furnace), there was a slight issue with the install and he went above and beyond to upgrade our system on the house.

Every employee has been prompt, friendly, respectful, and a treat to work with. I've had my fair sharing of dealings w/ home service/maintenance/construction "professionals" that have been frustrating and Madison HVAC has been the complete opposite. They'll have my business indefinitely.

Extremely knowledgeable company and only performs necessary repairs. All repairmen are license journeymen. Unlike others. Will only do business with Madison HVAC.

Update as of 1/18/2019:

Absolutely a 5 star this point. Ended up remodeling one of the rooms soon after the mini split was put in. Emailed on a Thursday. Mini split was taken down first thing Friday. Emailed on Monday and Mini split was re-installed first thing on Tuesday. The point of contact person for this organization is incredible and responsive. A remodel itself can be a little daunting let alone dealing with HVAC equipment. This company made the process as easy as it could be in that regard.

Just had two Mitsubishi mini-splits put in with an outdoor unit. Work was done in 2 days. Crew showed up on time and ready to work. The units are incredible and have worked flawlessly. They are a diamond dealer for the Mitsubishi units so you get a really nice warranty which is a plus. I did have a small issue which was immediately taken care of and handled well which is the real reason for the 5 star. They run a tight ship and you can tell they stand behind their work.

I cannot thank Madison HVAC enough for the job well done. It goes beyond just the work preformed though…. The professionalism and care that the technicians employed is a rarity! My fiancé and I are forever customers.
