Madison HVAC/R, LLC

All HVAC places are the same! They all try to rip you off! There's NO difference between "this one and that one"! WELL....... Thats the way I used to think but not for a long time now. Derek and the guys at Madison HVAC have turned my mind around to prove what I used to think and say were WRONG!!!! Every time I have called Derek for a problem, HVAC advice, or a quote he was there to answer my questions or to come on out. I have met several of the guys there but deal 99% of the time with Derek. Two seperate businesses, two or three houses, and quotes on poetntial future projects....He was and still is there for them all! I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone, anywhere, for anything! I have given his name/number out to numerous people for repairs and new installations and will continue to do so. A little lady I know (originally from Germany) was quoted work other places and after speaking to me she went with Derek, not only because of his companies professionalism but also the price. Her new system should be in place by now, as her started on it hours after she agreed to the work on Monday. Bottom line is.... You can get it done other places thats for sure, but why take the chance on it being higher, being done improperly, or having a contractor treat you like second class???

George was amazing! He had no problem explaining everything he was doing, and we are confident in his work. Great guy - 10/10, will use Madison again.

Just had a new unit installed earlier today. Alan and Dan we’re extremely nice and very informative about what they were doing the entire time. Highly recommended 👍🏻

Service rep, Matt, was very thorough and informative about what was happening to the unit, what my options were to fix the issue and recommendations on how to improve. I would recommend Madison HVAC/R to anyone!

Mandy and Renee are really great people to work with and their technicians are top notch !! I will never use anybody else but Madison HVAC !!

I have to say I would recommend everyone to call on this company for service. They will come any time you need them , they always do the best work, great prices, and they don't try to over charge. Good , reliable, and honest people I will be using in the future if I need any more work done.

I’ve had to call after hours, and Derek came right to me. Fixed the problem quickly, and the pricing was very fair considering the time. Nice knowledgeable people. Would recommend and will continue to use.

I had a problem with one of my heat pumps not heating when we had that first cold snap.. I called Mandy on Friday & she worked me in on Friday afternoon (Unheard of right) Dan came out and Bam spotted a bad thermostat.. Put a new one in and the units heating just fine (The Wife's Happy Right?) Derek and his boys are Top Shelf & they have a customer for life... 10 Stars
