Received very timely, friendly, and professional service. Taylor quickly diagnosed a weak compressor and changed out the part. He is very knowledgeable and explained the problem in easy to understand terms. I highly recommend Ireland Heating & Cooling and their great team of experts.

Had them come out and inspect my hvac after I had issues. I installed a new thermostat and a blown fuse, but it wasn't working correctly. He set the new thermostat correctly on one of the screens I totally missed and boom it worked. He checked my entire system for leaks and my electrical while also going over what I might be looking forward to soon. He was polite, well mannered, well dressed, and knowledgeable.

Customers service is outstanding and they are on time. They kept in touch to give options on replacement.

Taylor worked hard to isolate the fault and identify the solution. He kept me informed about each step, what was working and what wasn’t. Very professional.

Follow up: Taylor returned to install the parts and repair the system. But he didn’t stop there. He inspected every component and serviced the outside unit (in the rain) to make sure everything was running perfectly. He wasn’t in a hurry, which means he knew that customer service was a priority for his employer; Ireland Heating and Cooling.

My air conditioner stopped cooling and I was able to get Jose out to my house the same day for repair. He is very professional and informative. Michael came to my home several times to complete my AC/heating system installation. He is very knowledgeable and quick as well. I would definitely feel confident for future projects or services if Michael is the technician.

Nick came out to my house today and investigated a noise from my hvac. Within a couple minutes he found the issue and repaired it quickly. Right from the start with Joe we felt secure and confident we had chosen the right company to replace our air conditioning unit. Joe was straight forward as to what was needed and the cost. No upfront fee was required or contracts to oblige us. When our appointment date and time came I was surprised and amazed that we received a text message from Ireland Heating and Cooling with an introduction to the technician (with a brief comment about him personally), AND BEST OF ALL, a picture of him. That was greatly appreciated and rare. He was on time, cleaned up after himself and came back after hours to adjust a problem that popped up. To us, THAT IS GREAT SERVICE. They have our business from now on and DEFINITELY have our recommendation.
