Great service! Technician were very genuine and open to conversation. Took pride in their work area by cleaning up behind themselves, leaving the hvac unit in a better condition than they met it.

Joseph and Adam came well prepared and both were personable. All questions were answered and my approval was solicited. Joseph was the person in charge and he carries himself very well. This is not a fly by night crew. Ireland has been doing my heating and air for the past 12 years and I would highly recommend them. Their office which is led my Debbie is very well organized too.

Monday July 25th I had a unit replaced indoor, outdoor unit was fine. They spent all day on a working on the unit inside and out side unit was just supposed to be cleaned out. 20 mins after I get home from work and they where gone by the time I get home I check what they did. Indoor unit seemed fine... Went outside and my outdoor unit was loud... I ask the kids dad why's this so loud now.... He said maybe because they cleaned it... It was already past 5 so I didn't call. So it rains throughout they week and I'm working which usually I work 8 to 5 or even till 7pm because I travel to different offices for work, and sometimes only get 30 min breaks. So I call while I'm off work Friday of the same week 29th and schedule for a service, which I thought was no big deal. Well because I didn't call after hours that Monday Joe says it wasn't them that caused an issue with my unit. But funny enough Joe says my compressor is bad and the tech says the wires are messed up... So now my outdoor unit has to be replaced and it's going to cost another 5000$. This business definitely lacks integrity.

We bought a Trane unit 2.5 years ago for over 9K.
A coil that should have a life span of 10-20 years started leaking. We bought the warranty, but I don’t even know why??? We are going to be charged 700.00 for labor on a part that seems to me was defective from the get go!
Would have been nice to know that the warranty doesn’t cover labor. BEWARE…even if you have a warranty, and the product may be defective, you will still be paying for labor! What does that say about the warranty and about the product??
Will never refer a friend to use this company!

The technicians were very prompt arriving for the job ahead of the time that they were supposed to be here. I am very happy with the installation of our new units, the technicians explained every step that was being taken and also allowed us to ask any questions we had before the left. We also had a great experience with the sales team as well. I will definitely recommend this company again

This was a biannual maintenance service to check the system for the summer season. As always the service was great.

Always on time and very friendly. I have two dogs and they are always so great with them. Do great work and always informs me about everything when they service our system!
