Ireland H&C has always treated us with respect and courtesy, and they do a great job. Our 20-year old system (!) just started having some short-cycling issues. Though I was able to reinstall the thermostat and temporarily reset the issue, I still asked them to come out for peace of mind. The technician, Taylor, was professional and skilled, and he explained and demonstrated everything to me in a way that was easy to comprehend. Although we’re looking at a likely full-system replacement, I understand why it’s recommended because of the tech’s thorough explanation.

He was able to call his supervisor and get them to come out immediately to double-check his findings, then talk to us about replacement and payment. The supervisor, Joe, was personable and relatable, and provided several payment options and estimates on turnaround times for jobs. Because of the care and courtesy shown, we will be going with Ireland when we replace our almost-old-enough-to-drink HVAC.

16-year-old Trane Heating and Air conditioner system not cooling and only heating on emergency heat. They explained that could have been part of the reason my electrical use and electric bill was so much higher this past winter. I just did not notice that it was using emergency heat instead of the heat pump. This is the first problem I’ve had with this system.
From my first contact with Ireland to the completion of the repair, my full experience was exceptional. From the first phone call, Debbie was very knowledgeable and asked all the right questions to guide the repairman to my needs. Communication was great, notification of exactly when the technician repairman Jose would be there. Jose was very knowledgeable and efficient. He explained and showed me where and what the problem was and what it would take to repair it. Joe his supervisor showed up and effectively explained my different options of the levels of repair needed and what the estimated cost was of the options. The installer/repairman Michael is a very knowledgeable and hard-working Individual.
All very personable, Experienced, knowledgeable, good communication of all company people involved, plus a very reasonable cost, made this whole experience exceptional.
I highly recommend Ireland heating and air.

Updated: Had routine spring maintenance last week. Nick, the technician, was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Technicians such as him are why I continue to depend on Ireland Heating and Cooling.

Courtesy and professionalism is the trademark of Ireland Heating & Coo ling. I first met them six year ago when I had to have a complete new system installed. Since then, their great product has been made greater still by the people behind it - helpful office staff with knowledgeable, friendly, and professional technicians. I recommend them to everyone.

Pretty poor business practices to ignore a new customers calls when there job was poor and ants are entering the home and promises to fix it doesn’t happen after 4 calls. Ok, now a third problem with the unit sold to us. Really annoyed with the lack of reliability with the equipment repair and New unit. Not even one year old, ok it is warranted but doesn’t work half the time. Of course it’s on the weekend that no one wants to answer phones.
