I had purchased an HVAC system earlier this year when my 15 y/o unit went out. They mentioned that i would get 2 more visits to prepare it for the winter and summer. I had forgotten about that and they had called me to setup the appointment for my summer maintenance. That is great that they reach out and don’t make me have to remember about a service. They came in and did the job and let me know about my second unit as well. Great customer service !!!

They have been servicing our unit for some time. The quality is always excellent and the service technicians have been friendly and helpful with their knowledge. We had a capacitor go out in our air conditioner we made a call and they came out and had it fixed the same day as call. Jose was our technician he was courteous friendly respectful and was in and out in no time. Very grateful for Ireland heating and Air a good company we highly recommend.

Nick, Joe and Michael was very courteous. polite and honest. Nick was assigned first to access the issue I was having with my heat pump. He showed me pictures of my unit and recommended replacement. Joe came out to talk to me sbout my system. He saved me from spending money for expensive R22 freon on a unit that was 16 years old which had a leak or leaks which was no guarantee that a leak or leaks can all be detected. He answered all my questions. Michael was the technician assigned to replace and install new unit. He was on time, courteous and answered all questions. I like how this company sends a text with the technician picture in advance letting you know the technician is headed your way. This company responds quickly. I called on a Wednesday. Nick and Joe came out the next day, Thursday and Michael was sent out on Monday to replace and install new system.

Nick did a excellent job. He was very through with the install of our new unit and thermostat.

The Technician was excellent and explained what he was doing and how to get the most out of the system. I will continue to do business with Ireland in the future

We have always had a good experience with Ireland's. The technicians have always been very kind & courteous. A big thanks to Nick for putting up with our over protective dog. Nick has been here before & has always been very polite & professional.

Above and beyond expectations! Michael is just amazing and extremely knowledgeable, carring and respectful of the property. Was a big job and worked beyond his hours, non stop,having the new unit installed in the attic.
Is a gem for the company his skills are remarkable and works with so much passion!

Absolutely amazing. Very responsive as they had me scheduled the next day. Jose my tech was super respectful and helpful. They were honest and also showed me how to correct my filter, which he did before I had a chance to. They didnt try to push a repair that was not necessary. Overall it was great.
