I've been a customer for a few years now and they are the absolute best. I don't have to remember when to schedule my maintenance because they call me every year letting me know it's time. Their customer service is the best and their maintenance technicians are knowledgeable professionals.

Joe and Nick were fantastic. HVAC stopped working. I was able to easily schedule an appointment online. Nick arrived and was very knowledgeable. He walked us through the issues and explained everything. Joe and Nick were able to break down 3 options so that we could choose what worked best for us. We will be getting a new unit this coming week. Joe walked me through the different financing and any questions I had. I was able to get approved in minutes. Truly recommend and appreciate you guys so much!

Great business. Outstanding professionalism and customer service. I needed someone to look at my a/c because it wasn’t working properly, so I called Ireland heating and cooling. They got someone out to me asap to figure out the problem. Went above and beyond to contact the manufacturer to see if an extended warranty was possible because it was a pricey part and we just moved in. Ireland heating and cooling did a great job taking care of the problem though. Great communication, great pricing and discounts. Debbie and Nick were super courteous and professional throughout the entire process of getting my a/c fixed

Excellent service in replacing our HVAC system. Trey and Michael were very professional and very courteous in every aspect of the installation. They cleaned up all the packing and left the areas very clean. We’re very happy with the services provided and our new Trane unit. Thank you so much for the quick and easy change of systems. Ireland heating has the best customer service team in town. All there tech. Are the very best I have seen Jose is there go to guy and HE knows what’s going on and troy is one aid there installer he does a nice clean installation . Ms. Debby in customer service is very nice and helpful I have used this company for over 13 years and wood recommend.

Yesterday we had lane from Ireland Heating and Cooling come to our house and do our semiannual check on our units and he did an excellent job he went far above what we figured that he would do he he fixed the outside part where it was not a problem he went under the house and did some work under there and he even fixed the junction box that was had a short in it earlier but he did an excellent job we really appreciate Ireland Heating and Cooling and Lane doing this work for us y'all have a blessed day and God bless you all I'm sorry I misspoke on the name of the tech that was out here his name was was Taylor not Lane I don't know where I got the lane from sorry about that

I am so glad I chose Ireland heating and cooling. Taylor was amazing today. He really made me feel at ease that everything was OK with my system after our water leak he was professional. He explained everything to me so that I could understand it and he showed me with my own two eyes that everything was OK. He gave me great peace of mind thank you thank you.
