Overall great experience! The company had to order a motor since they did not carry that large of a motor. Installed the motor 2 days later. Took a total of 3 days from when my A/C went out, to when they had it up and running again!

Nick was fantastic! He was very professional and made sure everything was done right. He took time to make sure we knew all about our new unit. We really appreciated his hard work and professionalism. Would absolutely recommend!

Amazing and honest to work with! I had Tom Drexler come out and he said we needed a bigger unit because ours was to small for our house and that it was completely out of coolant.
Getting a second opinion was the best decision. José with Ireland was amazing, professional, kind, and honest and saved us from spending 10k on a new unit! And the unit wasn't out of coolant!

We remain loyal Ireland customers because of people like Michael and Nick! Their outstanding customer service and knowledge leaves us feeling well cared for and in very good hands. I received a card in the mail from Ireland HVAC informing me of their Spring Safety Inspection deal. I called and spoke with a very polite and wonderful woman who walked me through what services would be performed during the inspection. The days leading up to and the morning of, I received courtesy text reminders of my appointment and when my tech was on the way. The technician, José, called before his punctual arrival as well. José was very knowledgeable and quick to answer any question. He performed a detailed inspection inside and out, indicating areas of concern and improvement. José was courteous and professional throughout the entire visit. I will be calling Ireland Heating and Cooling for all my future HVAC needs. Thank you so much for the wonderful service!
